Preferred Estate Management, Inc. was established to assist clients of Preferred Builders of Florida, Inc. with their home watch needs but we are expanding so we can accommodate others who also need these services. The firm’s President, Louis George has lived in Naples since 1987 and has been a State of Florida Licensed Building Contractor since 1989.
Basic Services (Condominium Unit)
- Visual walk through of entire unit
- Look for signs of pests, water intrusion or leaks
- Look for signs of intrusion, vandalism, unlocked
doors, etc - Run all water (sinks, showers & tubs) and flush toilets
- Check for newspapers, mail & packages then put in unit
- Check thermostat temperature
- Turn off water when leaving unit
- Lock all doors & set alarm when leaving unit
Basic Services (Home)
- Visual walk through of entire home
- Look for signs of pests, water intrusion or leaks
- Look for signs of intrusion, vandalism, unlocked

- Run outdoor water (hose bibs, etc) and check for leaks
- Check for newspapers, mail & packages then put
in home - Check thermostat temperature
- Visual inspection of lawn / landscaping (looking for signs of dry spots or pests)
- Visual inspection of pool / spa
- Turn off water when leaving home
- Lock all doors & set alarm when leaving unit
Concierge Services (Optional)
- Meet tradesmen, handyman or service providers to provide access
- Meet furniture or other large item delivery drivers
- Coordinate cleaning sub prior to arrival or
upon departure - Waiting service (for above)
- Shop for groceries / supplies & stock prior to arrival
- Put trash & recycle bins at curb for pick up
- Put trash & recycle bins back in garage
- Emergency or After Hours visits
- Walk through with renters or guests
- Pre or post storm preparation assistance
- Auto, Golf Cart or EV care
- Boat care
